7+ tries later (honestly, I lost count), we are celebrating the release of these killer Flourless Chocolate Chunk Tahini Blondies. I am so excited to have this recipe in my repertoire but possibly more excited to not have to buy more tahini for awhile.
They’re dense, chewy, and the tiniest bit cakey to keep them from being too heavy. Total perfection.
And since those 7 something tries left me with a lot of more cakey renditions, I’ve included instructions for both variations in the recipe. Just in case you’d like a nutty flourless cake recipe!
I have yet to try these with a different nut or seed butter (again, so many tries already with just tahini) but I’m betting it’d work pretty well. If you use something other than tahini, please let me know! The tahini gives it such a great flavor, especially paired with molasses and pumpkin pie spice, but I’m thinking peanut butter would be just as amazing.
